10 p.m. for me. If I'm not in bed or in the process of getting into bed by 10, I certainly feel off the next morning. I agree with the previous comment about not knowing how to socialize. I'd add that a symptom of depression is sleeping ... a lot! ... and with an increase in mental health challenges our younger generations encounter this too could be a factor.

MOney yes, but many do not know how to socialize. I find myself going to bed earlier but rising earlier. I like the quiet of morning.
